The meaning of Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara Boat People Float

Boat People is a symbol of defiance, the desire for freedom, and symbolic history of the freedom-loving Vietnamese, who love and respect freedom, humanity, and human rights.
Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara – the one who listens to all languages of the world suffering – presents power of the Buddha Amitabha and brings compassion to ease all sentient beings’ suffering.
Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara Boat People float has symbolic of spirituality and history of the Vietnamese Nationalists. In Buddhism, the boat also indicates the "means" to reach "a destination or solution". When we reach the shores of freedom or enlightenment shores, then we no longer cling to the boat again, but to be thankful. Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara Boat People float represents the history and spirit of the Vietnamese boat people and all freedom-loving individuals.
